Shipping policy

We normally need 7-12 business days for delivery of your handmade leather product from the date of your order, as everything is custom-made just for you. 

We handle border taxes and duties on all orders, so your package arrives hassle-free. There will be no surprise charges—just your order, ready to enjoy.

We offer FREE SHIPPING and are duty-free on all orders with delivery within 7-12 days.

We deliver worldwide by DHL Express and UPS.

We provide you with the unique tracking number upon the shipment of your package.

Please allow 5 business days for us to handcraft your leather product, as every piece is made to order.

Clothes are ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days.   

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office).

Crowned Heirs will strive to process all orders within one day of the order being placed.

Orders will be dispatched using the most appropriate service for the individual item.  The company offers refunds or replacements for damaged products, but not for damaged packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email, as well as a text message, with a unique tracking number for your parcel. Orders will be delivered within standard business hours and must be signed for.  If no one can accept delivery, the courier company will attempt 3 more deliveries. Crowned Heirs will make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered within the above-mentioned business days; however, it cannot be held responsible.

Crowned Heirs is not liable for any damage caused to goods during domestic transit.
